Gateway to Annwn
One of the many gateways into the fantastic otherworld of Annwn is believed to be through the blue lake Glaslyn, which is beneath the slopes of Yr Wyddfa. It is also believed to be where Bedwyr threw
King Arthur’s Sword, Caledfwlch, and where King Arthur’s body was taken after his death, to be transported by boat away to Afallon.
